ABCS-1000 series control system for connecting new energy to grid
The system is applicable for the distributed photovoltaic power generation, to realize information acquisition and operation control required by distributed photovoltaic power generation. The system is composed by protection measurement and control device, power quality on-line monitoring device, electric meter, and smart communication device. The system is generally installed on the 10kV grid connection point; and for users with voltage level of or above 10 KV whose internal photovoltaic power generation systems connect to grid at 380V, the system will be installed at the position of switch on the incoming line. The system integrates protection (three-stage compound voltage lockout overcurrent protection, one-stage zero sequence over current protection, overload protection, anti-islanding protection, two-stage low voltage protection, two-stage over voltage protection, two-stage low-frequency protection, two-stage high frequency protection , inverse power protection), measurement and control, and power quality monitoring functions; has protocol conversion, remote control and information encryption functions; establishes communication between the PV operation monitoring master station/dispatching master station and the distributed photovoltaic power generation equipments. It uploads data on remote signaling, telemetry, electrical degree, power quality to master stations (PV operation monitoring master station, and dispatching master station), and receives remote control and remote dispatching orders from master stations, in the mean time, it forwards remote control and start/stop orders to the inverter controller, and receives related remote signals sent from photovoltaic inverter controller. Depending on actual communication conditions, the communication between master stations and the grid connection control system of distributed photovoltaic power generation stations could be realized by optical communication or other types of commutation, adopting IEC60870-5-104 or other communication protocol.
